ABOUT JEN
Nearly three decades of making technology feel human.
Digital strategy, interaction architecture, and platforms: from the first commercial web to privacy-first media.
Follow the line
01 Arriving early · 1996–2000
Watching people meet the web for the first time.
She sold her first website to a bank in 1996, when most people still needed the word explained. At EURO RSCG DSW Partners, the agency behind Intel Inside, she led the interactive team on digital-first Intel products and ran usability testing at Intel’s Oregon facility, watching real people encounter new technology and learning why it worked or didn’t.

02 Making the case · 2000–2004
Digital that changes behavior.
At U235/Riester, a four-office branding and PR agency, Tim Riester personally chose her for the new business pitch team. She helped retain every account she pitched on, including the 2002 Winter Olympics and Utah Life Elevated.
She led interactive strategy for campaigns built to change what people do: Arizona’s statewide teen tobacco prevention program and California’s recycling initiative.
- Salt Lake City · Phoenix · Los Angeles · Denver
03 Conversion · 2004–2008
Finding the path people actually take.
At Studeo, her A/B tests revealed not just what converted, but how many form fields people would tolerate. As Stampin’ Up!’s first Web Director, she built the department from nothing and redesigned the referral engine for a 44% lift in conversion.
At Struck, she led the redesign for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and contributed to the repositioning that took Sweet’s Candy to a 7X increase in product profitability.

- 7X · product profitability
04 The strategist in the room · 2006–2021
Business Therapist. Web Guru.
As owner of Attract Interact, and as an embedded strategist inside agencies serving Fortune 100 companies, she ran discovery sessions with 20 to 40 leaders at VitalSmarts and built the brand pyramid that earned her the title Business Therapist.
She helped Futura Industries produce a 400% lift in web sales leads, and helped Sanku, a Stanford-born innovation, build the web presence that secured its international NGO funding.
“People think they have a website problem. They almost never have a website problem.”
- +400% · web sales leads
- Verizon · Mrs. Fields · Park City · VitalSmarts
05 The platform builder · 2020 onward
Advertising that earns its place.
Sea Change Media is the privacy-first advertising layer she built beneath a family of independent publications. Sponsorships sit beside the content they belong with, placed by relevance, never by following the reader.

driving.energyThe human line, through every system.
Building something at the frontier?
A technology that needs a story, a brand that needs a clearer voice, a platform that needs an architect. Jen would genuinely like to connect.
